This course is about SUPPORT so you can get results.
The objective will be to Drop 7 lbs in the 30 days and get healthier and fitter!
It will run through a Facebook group called DROP 7
It will include an EASY FOOD PLAN
EXERCISES to add to your walk each week that you can do everyday.
Access to ONE 30 min online zoom class per week.Mon or Thursday 7.30 pm
AND if that was not enough I will be setting you a wellness challenge each week to keep you engaged.
