Helen Walsh is an International Health Coach, Personal Trainer and one of the nation’s leading health and wellness experts. She has created a reputation for herself in the Industry for getting results and having an intuition when it comes to her client’s health and lifestyle needs. She has motivated 1000s of people to achieve their Health and Fitness goals.
Helen has been a fitness expert and wellness coach for over 20 years… from Gym and Aerobics Instruction to Personal Trainer she also has a background in Psychology with qualifications in Counselling, Coaching, CBT and Child Psychology…she has taught Transition Year boys in Belvedere College for the last 16 years. Before setting up Helen Walsh FWC Helen also managed the well-known celebrity based gym Pat Henrys for a number of years.
Included in her work was her time training members of U2 and some of Irelands top talent in the world of Music, Acting, Politics and media she has also worked in the area of Post Operation Care and the rehabilitation of Cancer patients. Helen works on a psychological, physical and energetic level with her clients who have often described her as holistic.
However she does not just work in specialised areas she is a trainer for all… Image magazine has described Helen as one of Ireland’s top female entrepreneurs and in 2006 The Irish Examiner listed her as one of the 50 most influential women in Ireland at the time.

Contribution has always been part of Helens career, she has run various sponsorship events over the years to raise money for St Lukes Cancer Hospital and research, Supplies were collected and shipped to Bosnia and Chernobyl, glasses sent to Africa and in later years the Christmas Hamper collections are now in their 16th year.The homeless runs are ongoing with the collection of toiletries and socks. PASS IT ON is Helens way of keeping up this work and making sure that there is always a give back!
On Tuesday 3rd March 2015 the Lord Mayor of Dublin presented Helen with a Community Service Award.
On May 11th 2017 Minister Leo Varadker awarded Helen “Best Female Entrepreneur” on behalf of Inner City Enterprise.
