I recently went to a play with the same title and walking away it reminded me that our brain and body cells just like water have a memory.
The habits that we carry out on an ongoing basis create an indentment in our cells, which is one of the reasons it is so hard to change bad habits.
The good news is that it takes the brain just 28 days to accept a new habit.
What new habit would you choose?
Would it be as simple as drinking water every day? Hydration is one of the best gifts we can give our body..one glass of water before breakfast..before lunch and before dinner. Thats it!
